3D Printed Jig
This is the 3D printed version of our router jig. Use for a perfect 1/4 inch deep mortise into your door jamb. Our 3D printed jig is designed particularly for personal/home use in situations where you only have a few doors to install the Armor Plate on.
- Armor Plate - - Our Armor Plate product is machined from a .25 inch or (6.35 mm) thick, solid steel plate. It's intentionally thick for increased security and to help with some adjustment for poorly hung doors or hacked out mortises that look bad. Sized at 2.75 x 2.125 inches or (70 x 54 mm), our Armor Plate beefs up existing decorative strike plates to make your door significantly more secure, but also to make it look and operate like you always wanted it to. It has a Cerakote finish, which is a thin film ceramic coating to protect the steel and give you a long service life to your new door Armor.
